By downloading or using Timer Fantasy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Timer Fantasy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Mac App Store terms.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

Disclaimer

Timer Fantasy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
